I. SAFETY FIRST

Provide guidelines and safety protocols for your guests and suppliers

From W.H.O:

• Maintain at least 1 metre distance from others, and wear a mask if you cannot guarantee this distance.
• Cover a sneeze or cough with a tissue or bent elbow, and immediately dispose of tissue in a closed-lid bin. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, or with a hand sanitizer.

You can also provide personalized face masks for your guests.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR A CHURCH WEDDING:

1. NEW COPY OF BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE of both parties with annotation “FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE ONLY”.
2. NEW COPY OF CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE of both parties with annotation “FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE ONLY”.
3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Newly issued authenticated PSA COPY.
4. CENOMAR – Certificate of NO MARRIAGE Record – PSA COPY.
5. ID PICTURE – Recent 2x2 size at least 3 copies.
6. CANONICAL INTERVIEW – all basic requirements (items 1 to 5) should be completed 2-3 months before the date of wedding.
7. PERMISSION & BANNS of both parties from their respective parishes. Forms will be provided by the Parish upon submission of other requirements.
8. PRE – CANA SEMINAR via ZOOM Meeting (Must be scheduled)
9. MARRIAGE LICENSE to be secured from the Civil Registry (City Hall) of the city or town of either the bride or groom.
10. List of entourage and guests (for contact tracing purposes) – a month before the wedding date.
11. Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract with Registry Number if Civilly Married.
12. Catholic Marriage Contract for Wedding Anniversary
